JustMetal is pleased to offer you a thirty (30) day return policy on
all purchases.
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. If within 30 days
of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full
refund of the purchase price or replace it (subject to conditions outlined
in the next section).

Return Procedure
|
- Request a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by contacting
JustMetal Customer Care via email or telephone.
Packages without a RMA# will not be accepted for refund/exchange.
- Enter the details of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange
in the "Body" of the ticket.
- Complete the Return Form (see below), with the RMA# provided in your
RMA email.
- Place the returning item(s) along with all original shipping documents
and packaging in a box.
- Clearly print your name, address, and RMA# on the outside of your
returning package.
- Send the package to us by FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service
(USPS) with Delivery Confirmation, insure the package for the full invoice
amount and retain your receipt. JustMetal will not be responsible for
item(s) damaged or lost while shipping.
Do not write JustMetal, jewelry, or other luxury-related words
anywhere on the package, as this invites theft.

Conditions of Return
|
All returns and exchanges are subject to the following rules:
- Refund is issued in the same form of payment that was initially used
to purchase the item. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will
only be credited to the same card.
- Packages without a RMA number will not be accepted for refund/exchange.
- Return/exchange MUST be returned within 30 days from the original
invoice date.
- Each item returned must be its original condition. Item must be brand
new, unworn and undamaged. Item showing signs of wear will not be accepted
for refund/exchange.
- Any alterations to an item will not be accepted for refund/exchange.
Alterations include, but not limited to, engraving, change of finishing,
and resizing.
- Custom orders cannot be refunded/exchanged unless there is an error
on behalf of JustMetal.
- All sales are final for clearance items as marked on the website.
- All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which
are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not
returned with the free gift.
- JustMetal will refund shipping and handling charges if the return
is a result of our error.
