Return Policy
JustMetal is pleased to offer you a thirty (30) day return policy on all purchases.
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. If within 30 days of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it (subject to conditions outlined in the next section).
Return & Exchange Procedure
- Request a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by contacting JustMetal at
OP-RMA@JUSTMETAL.COM
Packages without a RMA# will not be accepted for refund/exchange.
- Enter the details of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange in your email.
- Complete the attached return form, with the RMA# provided in your RMA email.
- Place the returning item(s) along with all original shipping documents and packaging in a box.
- Clearly print your name, address, and RMA# on the outside of your returning package.
- Send the package to us by FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation, insure the package for the full invoice amount and retain your receipt. JustMetal will not be responsible for item(s) damaged or lost while shipping.
- Do not write JustMetal, jewelry, or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites theft.
Conditions of Return
All returns and exchanges are subject to the following rules:
- Packages without a RMA number will not be accepted for refund/exchange.
- Return/exchange MUST be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date.
- Each item returned must be its original condition. Item must be brand new, unworn and undamaged. Item showing signs of wear will not be accepted for refund/exchange.
- Item showing signs of wear will not be accepted for refund/exchange. Item returned showing signs of wear will be returned at customer's expense.
- Restocking fee does not applied to exchanges of item(s) of equal or greater in value. Otherwise, a flat rate restocking fee of $5.95 will be deducted.
- Any alterations to an item will not be accepted for refund/exchange. Alterations include, but not limited to, engraving, change of finishing, and resizing.
- Custom orders cannot be refunded/exchanged unless there is an error on behalf of JustMetal.
- All sales are final for clearance items as marked on the website.
- All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.
- JustMetal will refund shipping and handling charges if the return is a result of our error.
